The Las Vistas Community is managed by an elected Committee, working alongside the Community Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of the development and to represent the interests of owners and residents.

The Committee is responsible for matters including:

• Community maintenance

• Financial oversight

• Contractor management

• Community improvements

• Compliance with community regulations

• Organising the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Community Administrator

The Community Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Las Vistas, including community fees, accounts, contractors and general administration.

Reporting a Maintenance Issue

If you notice a problem within the communal areas of Las Vistas, please contact the Community Administrator or a Committee Member.

• General communal maintenance

Volunteers

The Committee welcomes constructive suggestions and volunteers who would like to contribute to the community.
